This wood engraving was done in July 1976 and shows the landscape around my home in East Alstead, N.H. At the center of the print and near the left edge can be seen a church steeple. My home and studio is across the street from the church. The body of water is Lake Warren and the view of this rural and remarkably beautiful area is from Prentice Hill looking east. The engraved woodblock is 8" x 4". |
